At UltraBiomed, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our specialized products, all purchases are subject to the following Returns & Refund Policy.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions outlined below.

Research Use Only (RUO)

All products offered by UltraBiomed are strictly intended for Research Use Only (RUO).

Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not approved for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or veterinary purposes.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all purchased products are used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the specialized nature of products intended for laboratory and scientific research, UltraBiomed does not accept returns for products that have been:

• Opened

• Used

• Damaged due to misuse

• Improperly handled or stored after delivery

This policy helps protect product integrity, quality, and safety for all customers.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, UltraBiomed may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the affected product

• Issue a partial or full refund

• Provide another appropriate resolution

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is issued as a result of an error made by UltraBiomed.

Shipping

UltraBiomed ships throughout Europe and to selected international destinations.

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Europe, United States & United Kingdom: €14.95

• All other countries: €50.00

• Orders over €250: Free Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier and the recipient.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

• Orders refused by the recipient upon delivery

• Delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers

• Products damaged after successful delivery

• Misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage of products

• Orders placed in violation of our Terms & Conditions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UltraBiomed's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product or products.

UltraBiomed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services, or from the inability to use them.

Governing Law

This Returns & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

UltraBiomed reserves the right to modify or update this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
